Cheaper than a subscription.
Better than a 5-minute cap.
You pay for minutes that actually render. Editing, re-styling and subtitles are free and unlimited. Free renders carry a small KineCaps watermark; paid plans are clean. Every file is deleted 3 hours after your last change.

A failed render never costs you minutes. Cancellations, unused top-ups and UPI Autopay mandates are covered in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
What you'd pay elsewhere
Captioning subscriptions in this market generally start at a month for their entry plan, and most cap a single video at five minutes, so a 20-minute video means splitting it or buying a studio tier. The table is what the category does; the numbers in our column are what this page charges you.
| KineCaps | Typical captioning subscriptions | |
|---|---|---|
| Entry plan | / month | / month |
| Minutes for that money | rendered minutes | 90–180 min, and re-rendering usually costs more |
| Longest video | Usually capped at 5 min per video | |
| Free plan | 5 rendered min/month, small watermark | 2–60 min/month, usually watermarked |
| Watermark | Small mark on free, none on paid | Often a paid unlock |
| Subtitles (SRT/VTT) | Included on every plan | Usually paid tiers only |
| Styles | 21 cinematic effect styles | 30–150 font/colour templates |
| Languages | 90+, incl. Hindi, English, Hinglish | Varies; India-focused tools do ~12 |
| Long videos | Up to 60 min on Agency | Rarely above 10 min |
| Editing | Timeline studio + word-level editor | Caption text editing |
| Pay-as-you-go | Subscription only |
Category figures are the published monthly entry prices of well-known captioning subscriptions in each market, surveyed on 12 September 2026. Ranges, not a specific company. Most tools also discount heavily for annual billing.
Questions people actually ask
What counts as a minute?
One minute of video that gets rendered. Uploading, transcribing, re-styling and downloading subtitles are unlimited and free. If a render fails, the minutes are not charged.
What happens to my video?
It is kept only long enough to caption and render it, and deleted automatically 3 hours after your last change. It is never used to train anything, and no other user can see it.
Do I need a card for the free plan?
No account, no card. Render 5 minutes a month, every style unlocked. Free renders carry a small KineCaps watermark.
Why is this cheaper?
Because we run our own captioning and rendering instead of reselling someone else's per-minute service, and because you are charged for rendered minutes rather than transcription minutes, so editing, re-styling and re-trying are free. That is what makes a plan here a fraction of a typical subscription.
Why are prices different in different countries?
Because a plan that costs a day's wages in one market is trivial in another. The price you see is your price: it is set automatically from your location, in your currency, so there is nothing to choose and no region to switch to. Your plan is charged in the same currency shown here.
Can I use it for client work?
Yes, paid plans export watermark-free and include commercial use. Agency also adds 60-minute videos and API access.
Free while you try it, no card, no account; free renders carry a small KineCaps watermark. Paid plans open by email: write to grievance@kinecaps.com and we will set you up. If you only need a few videos a month, take the -minute top-up instead of a subscription, it never expires.
